We are a family farm, located on a 160-year old Welsh farmstead, nestled in the Adirondack foothills.

For the past 6 1/2 years, we have carefully built a solid foundation for our breeding program.  Painstaking attention has been paid to the selection of top quality herdsires and dams, the results of which are evident in the remarkable offspring which these breedings have produced.   We have succeeded in establishing a robust, colorful, genetically diverse alpaca herd. Our goal is to strive for continual advances in fleece quality, characteristics and yield, from generation to generation; correct conformation forms the framework on which to build these fleece attributes; exceptional breeding and mothering qualities are a must.  We are proud of the success our alpacas have garnered on the show circuit and of the recognition they have received from our customers and the alpaca community at large.

We employ sound and humane husbandry practices.   We have earned the respect of our customers, by providing superb animals and good old-fashioned service.  Those who board their alpacas with us have been extremely pleased with the care and attention they receive here.  We continue to explore many aspects of fiber production and fiber arts.   Esther enjoys a reputation for providing expert shearing services for our customers.  David enjoys alpaca photography, his work having received a number of awards AOBA National Shows and having appeared in various publications.   We are proud members of AOBA, ARI, Empire Alpaca Association and ACFNA. David was a founding member and an original Director of the Empire Alpaca Association; he is now Vice President of the Alpaca Registry, ARI. Esther has served on the Show Committee for our increasingly popular Empire Alpaca Extravaganza.
